Booking Information
Please read the following before booking to ensure a smooth, seamless experience
Deposits
A £10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.
This will be deducted from your final balance.
Cancellations & rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments can be amended by contacting me via Instagram @halolashandbrowstudio_ or messaging me on WhatsApp.
With sufficient notice, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment.
Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
No shows
Missed appointments will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
Late arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you are running late please contact me as soon as possible.
Please note that if your later than 10 minutes, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit retained.
Due to the nature of the treatments, no refunds are given once a service has been carried out.
If you have any concerns, please get in touch as soon as possible so this can be reviewed.

Patch tests
Please read the following information regarding patch testing before your appointment.
Patch tests are mandatory for the following treatments:
• Korean Lash Lift
• Brow Lamination
• Any tinting services
It is the client’s responsibility to book a patch test 24–48 hours prior to their appointment.
If a required patch test has not been carried out, your treatment cannot go ahead and your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit retained.
Patch tests are free of charge and can be booked online.
Patch tests for lash extensions are not mandatory, however they are recommended if you:
• Are taking hormone medication
• Have known sensitivities or allergies
If you are unsure whether you require a patch test, please get in touch prior to booking.
